Will it work with my Odoo plan?

We have also seen it work on a free instance. However, Odoo lists external APIs under the Custom plan: availability on free plans is not guaranteed. We check your instance without excluding it based on its plan. You need an API key with the required permissions and the modules listed on the app page. Requirements published by Odoo ↗

Complete Studio: €199/month or €1990/year, 25 databases and 3000 documents per month for each app. Each app has its own allowance. Apps that do not produce documents do not use this allowance.

Do I need to install a module?

No. The service uses APIs and sets up actions in Odoo. Apps may need existing Odoo modules, such as Purchase or Inventory: each app page lists them.

What if I use a free Odoo plan?

We do not rule it out: it has worked on a free instance. Odoo documentation lists APIs under the Custom plan, so we check access on your database and do not guarantee availability on every free plan.

What happens to my credentials?

Your API key is encrypted and never displayed in plain text in the dashboard. You can revoke it directly in Odoo. Details about data processing are in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.

Do the analyses change my data?

Purchase radar and Duplicate contacts read data and display a report. They do not confirm orders or merge records. Other apps may attach documents or write data: each app page explains what it does.

Will I lose my documents if I cancel?

No. Installed automations and actions are removed according to the service terms. PDFs and data already created in your Odoo remain yours.

Does the PDF replace the electronic invoice?

No: it is a readable courtesy copy. Powerdoo is not an electronic invoice archiving service. Checks flag anomalies and do not replace those performed by the Italian SdI system.
